During the periodic oral examination, the dentist checks your total oral health in 10 steps. Among other things, your risk of oral diseases is examined. On this basis, we draw up a personal treatment plan for you. Because every mouth and every tooth is different. Thanks to this approach, we can detect and treat any problems at an early stage.
A healthy mouth thanks to our prevention assistants
In the mouth there are billions of bacteria. This is perfectly normal, but it is important to properly protect your teeth from them. If you do not remove these bacteria properly, they can cause gum inflammation or cavities.
To prevent this, we pay extra attention to prevention. Depending on your situation, the dentist refers you to our (paro-)prevention assistants. They have extra knowledge about making and keeping your mouth healthy and are happy to help you. Together with you they take care of maintaining the gums and give you advice on nutrition and oral care.
