" Leave this dentist immediately! They sent me away while I needed an accute root canal treatment. Was redirected to a "24/7 emergency dentist" which was also a REASONABLE EXPERIENCE. My new dentist was really shocked by this story. In short, NEVER GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!

" Visiting the dental hygienist Mrs. M. Hajema is a very good experience. She works very subtly, you hardly notice. Very careful. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

" Fine experience with both the practice in Watergraafsmeer and on Brouwersgracht, starting over 13 years ago when it was still TPA. But this week I spent four days (!) trying to reach them. I sent emails and called several times, but I was always on hold for more than 20min, even though the tape kept saying, "You are next." The email was never answered. Now, on day 4 the wait persisted > only after over 30min was they answered. The appointment I need on short notice would not be possible for almost 3 weeks. The telephone operator seemed uncompassionate. 1 central number and 1 central email address and then not/very difficult to reach and no space in the calendar. As customers we have become numbers and have to be happy when someone answers. That gives no confidence. Such a pity to have to say goodbye in this way.

" 2022 was the year for me to give my teeth a thorough upgrade. After a long search in Amsterdam I ended up at TPA in De Jordaan. First of all, I experienced the intake as very pleasant, personal and professional with dentist Nils van Calcar. I was extensively informed about the treatment plan and what the next steps would be in my situation. Less than two weeks later I underwent a treatment by dental hygienist Hilal Kahraman Soydan (given the health of my gums). Again very professional and pleasant! And then today, Feb. 8 an aesthetic treatment for one of my crowns. I had been living with a discolored crown on my front tooth for years and this was starting to have too much impact on my daily situation. Nils outlined earlier during the intake what I could expect in terms of solution/treatment. Following the advice given earlier, I went through this treatment today. At the end of the session I looked in the mirror with a totally renewed image of my front teeth! In a word, beautiful! Enrolled at TPA on January 10 and today, February 8, I almost feel like a new person regarding my dental situation. Hugely satisfied with the professionalism, speed and quality of the treatments of teeth, gums and certainly in terms of restoring my crown! Thanks TPA Amsterdam, Nils, his assistant and Hilal!

" I had an incredibly nice intake with Nils. He takes his time, calmly explains what he is going to do and also important: why he is doing it - which gives a nice feeling. I also liked that he took me through the treatment plan based on the pictures he had taken. I have a slight fear of the dentist so I was really looking forward to the appointment - but left with a very nice feeling after my appointment!

" Several months ago, my crown that I had placed at TPA broke. Initially, it took some time before I got in touch with the dental office. Until I left a review here and expressed my dissatisfaction. The manager of the practice then contacted me within a week. She really took care of it and made sure that the crown was still replaced at no cost within two months of my complaint as part of the warranty. I am very happy about that.

" The dentist did a good job. Only when I wanted to reschedule the next Mondhygienst appointment scheduled months later and did so within 24 hours, I was fined 60 euros. Calculated on a rate of 200 euros per hour...How can ordinary people still pay this.... Too bad I had to cancel my commitment because I really didn't think this was fair. These are actions from before the crisis time....
