" If I could give 0 stars, I will today. I have been suffering from root inflammation for a week, visited today in the morning but I am not being helped. As a result I went to the emergency dentist because the pain is unbearable. In addition, I received another fat bill from the emergency dentist. This above the cost of my own dentist who does not help me properly and sends me away in excruciating pain. OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE. How can you send your regular customers out the door in severe pain. Dental Clinics did not have time for me for another 3 weeks!!! So for the people looking for a dentist in Westervoort... I definitely do NOT recommend it. At emergency you will not be helped and there is no cooperation at all.

" Very good practice. Always the right treatments. Always neat dentists and or dental hygienists. And what I definitely want to mention that in this practice everything is under 1 roof. No need to go elsewhere to a dental hygienist or even for your facing you can go here.

" I received excellent service from Romana. After checking, she pointed out that she did not want to treat me because I had recently had knee replacement surgery and therefore there was a chance of infection. I had not thought of this myself. Super Romana! Thank you!

" Dental Clinics Asked myself via email to write a review following my visit with paro prevention assistant Amber. We were always quite satisfied with this practice but I am sorry to report that this time was very negative. I have suffered from very sensitive teeth since she cleaned my teeth. I have never experienced this before and on the recommendation of the assistant I made another appointment with her. However, she reacted very customer unfriendly. She said it wasn't all that bad because I wasn't up against the ceiling while she was working on my teeth. I thought it had to do with the new way of polishing and my teeth felt a little better when she treated my teeth the old way. She said this was not possible and did not come up with a satisfactory solution to the problems. I was given a tube of Sensodyne but my teeth remain extremely sensitive. I was hoping it would improve but unfortunately this is not the case. Practice manager Esther called during my vacation and I called her back later. She called only to ask me to change some things in my text following my first review. In fact, the head office had contacted them and she indicated that they themselves approached Google to have the text changed. To make things a little easier, I changed the previous text with this one. She then asked me why I had not contacted them after my experience. I really just wanted to leave it at that because I was satisfied with the other visits. However, I thought that maybe there were more complaints about Amber and they wanted to build a file. I therefore complied with their request for a review. They asked me how I would feel about being attacked in a review. I wouldn't see it as an attack but as a signal that something could be resolved. Surely it would be nice for someone to see feedback as learning opportunities to be able to look at their own attitudes and professionalism as well. However, the practice manager told me that Amber also wrote a piece about this incident and that she is now listening to my story. That she was not there in the treatment room and therefore does not know how it went. I found this reaction a bit disappointing but it is an indication that there was no point in contacting them earlier about this incident. She did not ask for a moment about how my teeth are doing now, so nothing was resolved. I am sorry because we were satisfied customers for many years.
