" Very friendly and excellent dentist. Tells you what is going to be done and consults with the patient about it. You then also know what the financial implications are. Appointments are repeated via email several days before treatment. She does an excellent job and listens carefully to the patient. She clearly enjoys her work.

" If you are looking for a good dental practice I would recommend you to look further. Had my molars treated at this dental practice afterwards it turned out that it was not treated properly and I got all kinds of complications from it.

" Today was the 3rd time an appointment was cancelled on the day. Furthermore, the last appointment at this dental practice was also not handled at all nicely. My "own" dentist was again not there (was also not indicated) and instead I had a "substitute" dentist. Tinker! Tried to numb 2x and it wasn't numb. Also his first took 10 minutes before she knew how and what to do at all. I am going to find another dental practice. 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

" Get a response from the practice manager Yvette Meijer: ''We are very sorry that you have felt so let down but we do not recognize it. You called and the practice referred you to the emergency department with a number you can call. The emergency department is there especially for these kinds of accidents. You could have gone to another dentist in Amersfoort.'' I was not referred anywhere, the receptionist told me ''there is no place we are full'' THE EMERGENCY SERVICE HAS REFERRED ME TO JULY. Again I am perplexed by the response of Dental clinics, unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!

" Bad and bad. My wife had her teeth implanted and the dentist sent her to Woudenberg for that. Woudenberg sent her appointments to Dental Clinics and they should have forwarded that to me, but they never did. We then went to Woudenberg ourselves and there is no more guarantee, so we have to pay for everything ourselves. Then my wife had veneers done. The veneers were very poorly done. My wife has had several appointments for this, but her complaints are not taken seriously.

" I have always been super satisfied with this dentist. They helped me great when I had fallen and my front tooth was out. I gave them a card and chocolate afterwards because I was very satisfied. On 24-2 I came and there was no appointment. I was then treated nicely although I didn't like it. In fact, if I forget an appointment I get a bill without pardon! On Monday 27-2 I could come back. Upon entering, the dental hygienist appeared to be unaware of my file and anxiety. She did not know anything about my brace and implant which was coming up. She had little time for me. If you are lying there in the chair and you get the choice; either in 2 times or go through it quickly then at such a moment you choose to go through it quickly. Since I am someone with a lot of tartar often that seemed the best, but it didn't feel pleasant. Yet afterwards I received a peppery bill of over €120. I called about this to nicely indicate that I was not satisfied with this appointment, whole story done and in the following week I would be called back because I did not want to write a bad review right away after all the good help. I was not called back in that whole week. Called again yesterday and had to do the whole story again. I was supposed to be called yesterday but again no call. Called again today and that lady again could not find anything in the system. You will hopefully understand that I am not happy with this state of affairs.
