Emergency assistance
In case of severe dental injury or accident:
- In case of serious dental injury or accident, please call our practice directly during our business hours: 040 - 211 81 36.
- If you need help outside our opening hours, you can call the practice on weekdays: 040 - 211 81 36. Possibly the dentist is still available; otherwise you will be told the phone number of the emergency department where you can call for an appointment.
- The emergency department phone number is: 040 - 311 19 15. This service is for urgent emergencies only, such as post-bleeding and accidents.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you cannot make the appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
