" Terrible dental practice. Underwent gum transplant. One tooth failed. You would say, okay they will correct this because it is covered under warranty. You did pay full price, but no for correcting Gum Transplant treatment for one tooth, I was told it was going to cost €1100. In addition, they cancel appointments on an ongoing basis. In the past they had scammed with time, for oral hygiene treatment. If I had not brought that up, they would not have corrected it. The periodontist barely speaks good Dutch and does not inform you about the details of a treatment, in addition, the treatment itself was extremely chaotic and I was rushed on costs. So avoid this practice.

" It is a clean and supportive clinic, but in over two years I have never seen the same dentist or assistant twice. I'm not sure what's going on. Response to their answer: I recently visited and spoke with one of your staff members who acknowledged the high staff turnover. This lack of consistency affects patient care, making it difficult to bond with the dentist. Dentistry is about trust, understanding special needs and knowing a patient's history. I hope the clinic focuses on improving this rather than addressing the concerns.

At Tandklinieken Amsterdam Reguliersgracht I find really great dentists and dental hygienists. Evelien Schaddenhorst, dental hygienist, is incredibly good at what she does. Highly recommend !!!

" VERY BAD WITH APPOINTMENTS!!! LADY AT THE FRONT DESK CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT 2 TIMES AND SUDDENLY MY APPOINTMENT IS OUT!!!! DENTAL CLINICS REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR FRONT DESK STAFF BECAUSE MANNERS EVEN THEY DON'T HAVE!!!!
