" Switched from another Dental Clinics branch due to relocation. For an intake a very high bill (5min check) which in my opinion was not transparently communicated. But above all totally not advised about alternatives which would be more advantageous for me. Feels like money-grabbing. The complaint handling by practice manager Mandy consisted of: there is no obligation to give a budget for costs under €250. Transparency and customer-friendliness don't seem too much to ask so I will look for another dentist.
