To name just a few things, as follows: The appointment was made personally and on the spot in the morning. Here the lady at the reception already met me with a kindness and caring that gave me confidence and inner peace. The treatment was scheduled the same day at 11:30 am. I arrived on site as punctually as the masons, signed in and took a seat in the waiting room. Barely seated, the corresponding treatment room opened at exactly 11:30 a.m. The doctor. came out personally and I met a beaming doctor whose respectful manner could hardly be surpassed. He introduced himself and made me sit down. In our case, patients usually face the doctor lying down in a chair. It has nothing to do with eye level, and the psychological aspect always has an effect here, even if we don't notice it. You down there, me up there. Fear rules. This treatment began quickly and without any chatter. The doctor had obviously studied the first conversation carefully; he knew exactly what it was about. Everything was exactly prepared for my problem. Then we started ... I was given a ring under my lips that I couldn't do anything with. The doctor explained that the ring relaxes the muscles so that the patient can hold the mouth open comfortably and therefore feel as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment. Huh? Patient wellness? ...I was in seventh heaven and indeed, the ring was a gift from heaven. The treatment was performed carefully and meticulously, completely painless and without anesthesia. The tooth is again in top condition, the result is amazing, the treatment time is about 20 minutes. Phew, I thought, this is going to be really expensive. No - the price for the treatment was even below the billing rate in old Germany. ...Madness! If I had the choice, I would never again seek treatment anywhere else. The lady at the reception then said goodbye again. She came to pick me up and escorted me to the exit with great interest in the person. I would like to thank the whole dental clinic team from the bottom of my heart for this good experience and perfect work, as I had almost lost faith in humanity due to the disrespectful treatment of people in Germany.
