Need help with an emergency? During our business hours, we can be reached for emergencies on our regular phone number: 053 - 435 31 19. We'll do our best to help you the same day.
Outside our business hours, you can reach the Dental365 emergency department at 0900 - 1515. They can also be reached at night, on weekends and holidays. The service is for urgent emergencies only, such as accidents, post-bleeding, acute complaints and/or serious injuries. Note: Please bring a valid ID and your health care card.
Canceling your appointment
To cancel your appointment, we ask that you cancel the appointment by phone no later than 24 hours in advance. This way we may be able to help another patient and not have to charge you.
