There are billions of bacteria in the mouth. This is quite normal, but it is important to properly protect the teeth from them. If these bacteria are not removed properly, they can cause gum inflammation or cavities. To prevent this, we pay due attention to prevention. Our dental hygienists and prevention assistants have extra knowledge about making and keeping your mouth healthy and are happy to help you. Together with you, they take care of maintaining the gums and give advice on nutrition and oral care.
A high-quality implant
An implant is a screw that replaces the tooth root and forms the basis for a crown, bridge or denture. An implant can make an important contribution to improving the wearing comfort, function and appearance of dentures or your own teeth. In the event of the loss of one or more teeth, we will work with you to find the best solution for your teeth. Our implant dentist Ingmar Jager will be happy to help you.
Emergency assistance
- During our business hours you can call the dental office in case of emergency, such as a serious dental injury or an accident: 0592 - 262 844. If you call before 10:00 am, you can be helped the same day. If you call after 10 a.m., we will try to see you the same day, but you may be helped the next day.
- Outside our business hours, in case of an accident, post-bleeding or any other acute complaint, call the Dental365 emergency service in Hoogeveen at 0900-1515. The emergency department is available by phone in the evening, at night and at weekends, as well as on generally recognized holidays. Please note that it is mandatory to bring valid identification and your health care card. Please also note that emergency treatment must be paid in cash/by pin.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
