Prevention
A healthy mouth and beautiful teeth begin with the prevention of problems in the mouth. Under the motto "prevention is better than cure," we devote due attention and time to prevention. Here, a good awareness of the importance of oral care among patients is paramount. Some important aspects are brushing properly, removing dirt and plaque between the teeth (by flossing, raking or sticking) and regular check-ups of your teeth by our team.
Invisible braces: the Invisalign
Invisalign treatment is a virtually invisible way to straighten teeth. Invisalign works with 3D digital technology. That shows the complete treatment plan: from the original position of the teeth to the desired final position. Then a series of custom-made transparent aligners are made to slowly shift the teeth. For more complex orthodontic treatment, we refer you to an orthodontist. An orthodontist specializes in correcting (larger) dental abnormalities, such as crooked teeth, an overbite or underbite.
Emergency assistance
- During our practice hours, we can be reached for emergencies at our regular phone number: 075 - 657 15 57. We may be able to help you the same day.
- If you need help outside our business hours you can contact the Emergency Department: 020 - 723 484 8. This service is for urgent emergencies only, such as post-bleeding and accidents.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. If you cannot make the appointment, please contact us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
