Jaw surgery treatments
For minor jaw surgery treatments, such as placing dental implants, treating jaw joint complaints and surgically removing teeth and/or molars, we work together with the Maastricht University Medical Center+ (MUMC+). On Mondays and Wednesdays, Professor Kessler, head of the MUMC+ OKA, and every other week oral surgeon Nynke Lie from the MUMC+ are present to perform these treatments.

MRA: the solution against snoring
If you suffer from snoring, the MRA (Mandibular Repositioning Application) anti-snoring device offers a solution. This is a custom-made device that you place over the teeth of your upper and lower jaw. The MRA pushes the lower jaw slightly forward, creating more space behind the tongue and preventing you from snoring. This way, you and your partner can enjoy a healthy night's sleep again. Dentist Lenka Houtermans-Dalyuk is accredited for this and will be happy to help you.
Your child and the dentist
We believe that special attention to children's teeth is important. Bring your child from the age of 2 to your check-up appointment. This allows him or her to get used to a visit to the dentist. During the visit to the dentist, attention is paid in a playful way to brushing and detecting plaque and cavities.
Good to know is that the basic insurance covers dental check-ups and care until you are 18 (with the exception of orthodontics, among other things). Children up to 18 can therefore go to the dentist for free!
Emergency assistance
- In case of serious dental injury or an accident, you can call our practice directly during our opening hours: 043 – 325 15 45 .
- If you need help outside our opening hours, you can also call the practice: 043 – 325 15 45 . The dentist may still be available; otherwise you will be given the telephone number of the emergency service where you can call for an appointment.
- The emergency service phone number is: 0900 - 1515. This service is for urgent emergencies only, such as post-bleeding and accidents.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
