Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you cannot make the appointment, please notify us by phone or e-mail 24 hours in advance.
If the appointment is not cancelled (on time), we are obliged to charge the costs of the reserved time and/or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
