Emergency assistance
- In case of an accident or serious dental injury, please call our regular phone number during our business hours: 015 - 369 26 57. We will then ensure that you are helped as soon as possible.
- Outside our opening hours you can call the emergency service Dental365, located in Rotterdam, Den Haag and other locations. In case of an accident, bleeding or other acute complaint, you can contact the dentist on duty. The emergency department is available by phone in the evening, at night and on weekends, as well as on public holidays. Please note that it is mandatory to bring valid identification and your health care card. Please also note that emergency treatment must be paid in cash/by pin.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. If you cannot make the appointment, please contact us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
