- During our business hours you can call the dental office at emergency, such as a serious dental injury or accident: 0341 - 256 692. We will try to help you the same day.
- If you need help outside our opening hours, you can call the emergency department: 0900 - 8602 of the Isala Hospital in Zwolle. This phone number is only for urgent emergencies, such as post-bleeding and accidents. More information can be found at www.tandartsspoedpraktijk.nl
Cancel appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you cannot make the appointment, we ask that you notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. On weekends, or when the dental office is not reachable by phone, it is also possible to cancel the appointment by e-mail. If the appointment is not cancelled (in time), we are obliged to charge the costs of the reserved time and/or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
