Canceling your appointment
Appointments must be cancelled - if necessary due to force majeure - no later than 24 hours before the treatment on working days. If the appointment is not cancelled or not cancelled in time, we are obliged to charge for the reserved time and/or the agreed treatment. The health insurance company will not reimburse these costs.
