Expedition Tandarctica
For many children, a visit to the dentist is an exciting event. Not with us! In fact, at our practice, children can join us on Expedition Dentalarctica. During this exciting expedition, children playfully learn all about a healthy mouth.
Going on expedition is completely free of charge, as oral health care is covered by basic insurance for children up to age 18 (with the exception of orthodontics, among others).
A healthy mouth thanks to our prevention assistants
In the mouth there are billions of bacteria. This is perfectly normal, but it is important to properly protect your teeth from them. If you do not remove these bacteria properly, they can cause gum inflammation or cavities.
To prevent this, we pay extra attention to prevention. Depending on your situation, the dentist refers you to our (paro-)prevention assistants. They have extra knowledge about making and keeping your mouth healthy and are happy to help you. Together with you they take care of maintaining the gums and give you advice on nutrition and oral care.
Emergency assistance
- During our business hours you can reach us at emergency, such as serious dental injury or accident, at: 010 - 410 01 00. We will try to help you the same day.
- During evenings and weekends, you can call Dental365 in case of an accident, post-bleeding or any other acute complaint: 0900 - 1515. The emergency department is available by phone in the evening, at night and on weekends, as well as on generally recognized holidays. Please note that it is required by law to bring valid identification and your health care card.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
