Emergency assistance
- Monday through Friday, during our opening hours, we are available for emergencies on our regular telephone number: 0318 – 554 795. We may be able to help you the same day.
- If you need help outside our opening hours, you can contact the emergency service of the Diakonessenhuis Dental Clinic in Utrecht: 030 – 303 97 50. This service is only intended for urgent emergencies, such as post-operative bleeding and accidents.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
