- During our business hours you can reach us at emergency, such as serious dental injury or accident, at: 0118 - 414 643. We will try to help you the same day.
- Outside opening hours, in case of emergency , you can call Dental365: 0900 - 1515. The emergency department is available by phone in the evening, at night and on weekends, as well as on generally recognized holidays.
Please note that it is required by law to bring valid identification and your health care card. Please also note that emergency treatment must be paid in cash.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
