In case of severe dental injury or accident:
- During our practice hours, we can be reached for emergencies at our regular phone number: 0342 - 473 147. We may be able to help you the same day.
- The emergency Dental365 phone number is 0900 - 1515. This service is for urgent emergencies only, such as post-bleeding and accidents outside the practice's business hours.
Canceling your appointment
If you have made an appointment, we are counting on your coming. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us by telephone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
