Canceling your appointment
When you have made an appointment, we count on your coming. Prior to your appointment, we always send you a reminder by e-mail. Are you unable to keep your appointment? Then we ask you to notify us by phone 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is not (timely) canceled, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time and / or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
